Initial Consultation
Send through a short brief and we'll come to you, walk the site, talk through your ideas, budget and timing before any drawings begin.
Design, Planning & Approvals
Appoint a draftsman or architect, finalise concept drawings and engineering, then secure building and planning approvals before construction begins. We can recommend someone if you need.
Fixed-Price Contract & Scheduling
Once your concept drawings and engineering have been finalised, we'll prepare a detailed quotation for your project. If you're happy to proceed, we'll then prepare a fixed-price contract and detailed construction schedule, providing a clear roadmap from commencement through to handover.
Construction
As the business owner and builder, I personally oversee your project from start to finish, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed in accordance with the approved plans. Throughout construction, you'll receive regular progress updates.
